It's Presidents Day and our FU Professors and faculty are hard at work, bring you the latest news on the Mets. Throw another log on the fire, sit back and relax, and let's see what they have in store for us today.

Brooklyn Met Fan reports some good news on Ambiorix Burgos as well as Cliff Floyd's reaction to Thomson's tirade of a few weeks ago.
John Mackin Ade of Mack's Mets Notes reports a "very unreliable source" rumor concerning the latest attempt to bring Manny Ramirez to the Mets. Also Chinese food may be coming to Shea concessions, a nice writeup on prospect Mike Carp and Ty Wiggington's latest off the field adventure.
